Led by Directors Campbell Burgess, Jason Folino and Tim Lowrie, Saint James brings together decades of experience across commercial construction, fit-outs and refurbishment projects. While each director brings a different perspective to the business, they share the same philosophy: be accountable, communicate openly and always deliver on your word.

Campbell Burgess
Campbell has spent more than 20 years delivering commercial construction, fit-out and refurbishment projects across workplace, hospitality, healthcare and retail environments. He is passionate about creating spaces that not only look great but genuinely improve the way people work, connect and experience their environment.
As Director of Saint James Construction, Campbell combines practical construction expertise with a genuine commitment to client outcomes. He believes successful projects come from strong partnerships, honest communication and following through on commitments. His approach is simple: understand the vision, solve problems early and deliver on what was promised
Jason Folino
With more than 20 years of experience across all types of fitout and refurbishment projects, Jason has built a reputation for being approachable, reliable and solutions-focused. He enjoys bringing people together, navigating challenges and helping clients make confident decisions throughout the project journey.
While he loves the construction process, Jason is equally passionate about the people behind it. He believes successful projects are built on trust, transparency and genuine partnerships, and takes pride in creating an experience that clients want to repeat.
Tim Lowrie
Tim brings a unique blend of commercial expertise, construction knowledge and strategic thinking to Saint James Construction. With international experience across Australia and the United Kingdom, and a background spanning quantity surveying, project delivery and advisory roles, he enjoys bringing clarity and structure to projects while keeping a close eye on the details that matter.
Tim is passionate about helping clients make informed decisions and ensuring every project is delivered with transparency and accountability. Known for asking the right questions and thinking several steps ahead, he combines commercial rigour with a highly collaborative approach that helps teams navigate challenges and achieve exceptional outcomes.
